It’s a great program that I have never heard of before. My daughter likes to “move her body” so this program is perfect for her. My only wish is for a membership option to come twice a week.

It’s a great place for kids. The coaches seem to care and are very involved with the kids. The price for the membership is high and I’m not sure if it’s sustainable long-term which is a shame because it’s very beneficial for the kiddos

Watching the transformation of my 2 kiddos has been amazing. They are excited to go to KS and they have fun while building so many important life skills. I wish I went to KS as a child!

Kidstrong has such a positive program, my kids can't wait to go each week! The teachers know them and support them which we love. The skills that they learn are both physical and mental and team work is at the heart of the classes

Excellent classes, coaches, and curriculum. Great positive and encouraging energy. So happy my son goes there - he loves it.
