I love the philosophy of the program.the activities were so fun for both Bennett and myself. Many of the skills were adaptable for any age and development. The coaches were friendly and patient as well inclusive. The team building aspects are great, kids will learn to encourage others and feel supported in their efforts. I was not a fan of using a screen to teach anatomy. The instructor would have done a great job with that lesson without the screen. We are really looking forward to our next class!

It was so much fun and at an age appropriate level. Coach was very enthusiastic.

Organized programming, instructors do an excellent job leading the kids (and parents). Kids are active throughout the entire session and there really isn’t a lot of unnecessary down time which is nice.

The entire concept of Kidstrong is so amazing to our family, but getting to see our son thrive and grow in different ways than we could have helped him do on our own is just amazing. We plan to homeschool our children and places like this make it feel more possible and like we can give him important social experiences and skills that he'll need growing up more easily. We love that you're not just giving kids exercise and allowing them to burn off some extra energy. You are helping teach them valuable life skills too and we are so happy getting to bring our kids to you!
