Coaches are amazing, they make it fun for the kids and parents

Kidstrong has such a positive program, my kids can't wait to go each week! The teachers know them and support them which we love. The skills that they learn are both physical and mental and team work is at the heart of the classes

I love the philosophy of the program.the activities were so fun for both Bennett and myself. Many of the skills were adaptable for any age and development. The coaches were friendly and patient as well inclusive. The team building aspects are great, kids will learn to encourage others and feel supported in their efforts. I was not a fan of using a screen to teach anatomy. The instructor would have done a great job with that lesson without the screen. We are really looking forward to our next class!
