- Better communication. We thought our membership was over so weren’t going then we would be billed.- build skills in different age groups- when we started the kids were taught to slow down and repeat the movement if they moved through it too fast. When we left kids were just racing through & no one was correcting form - that’s how injuries happen!

Better communication about systems and policies in the wake of manager turnover. It became very confusing to figure out who was doing what, and some of the coaches also didn't seem to be aware of prior arrangements. We also noticed a decrease in new coach quality with some of the new coaches coming on.

I don’t think so. The class was a bit pricey but overall we enjoyed it.
