Coaches are great. Especially Zach. It is very cold in there. Any way to install an airlock around the auto open door? That would be expensive. There must be a way to put up a windshield in between the draft that comes in from the door opening and the seats in the front area where the parents are sitting.

Coach Zack is the best! Really great with the kiddos. We love coach Liz too!

Love kid strong dislike that you cant get a hold of someone without calling then getting a text back.

My son is so excited and motivated to attend his classes! The classes are fun and fast paced and he really enjoys all the activities. I love watching from the sidelines and seeing his joy! Thank you

I think it’s just a great way for any child to get away from a screen and get some energy out out just in general. And I think the approach Kidstrong takes on fitness and child development is worth a try for any parent to see their own children’s growth if they are able to.
