The coaches seem to care about this kids I would like to see a little more direction on “how to” do certain moves. I know my daughter is not doing push ups correctly and could be advised and her squats. I don’t want her to get hurt in process of working out.

I think every kid needs the motivation and confidence that Kid Strong teaches. I love the positivity, kindness and integrity that the staff shows.I get a little confused using the app sometimes. I am still learning how to use it but it took some time to get used to!

We do love attending Kid Strong. The staff are great and always welcoming. My son loves it there. We’ve been going there since they opened.

My son loves going here and is learning new things. He’s more confident and says the affirmations when he feels like he can’t do something. Coaches are nice and are really good with the kids

I have had nothing but a great experience at KidStrong. Everyone is wonderful and the coaches really show a lot of compassion and you can tell they truly enjoy what they do!
