Love how the coaches engage the kids. They keep the class moving and change it up every week. I like how they teach them how to be better people, ordering food, shaking hands making eye contact. It's nice they let them help setup too.

My son loves KidStrong. I have seen him grow to be more confident and brave. I love the small lessons they have throughout the workouts and the time they get to explore and have fun while still having the organization and structure.

We LOVE it! The entire experience, from walking in to a happy and welcoming staff, to watching the enjoyment on my kids faces, all the way to the way the coaches work with the kids! It’s been awesome!

My 3 year old loves kidstrong. It’s his favorite thing to do during the week. I can definitely say this class is helping him with his social skills & it’s teaching him to follow directions.
