The coaches are patient and passionate, I already notice a positive difference in my son's behavior and ability to follow directions.

Overall, the curriculum of the program is great - encompassing a variety of skills. Coach Matt is really strong - he connects with the kids, knows the curriculum, and provides clear instructions with real time feedback on techniques. However, in not sure the other coaches are that strong. We’ve tried out several classes on different days/times. The coaches could really benefit from intensive training. Oftentimes, they don’t know the curriculum and aren’t taking time to connect with the kids or provide real time coaching on techniques. There’s one coach who sits and watches either her phone or stares into the distance. It’s disappointing, as there are so many opportunities to connect with the kids and help them improve on the skills in the moment. You can really tell who has taken time to internalize the curriculum and is there to build rapport with kids…and you can really tell who doesn’t/isn't. There is definitely room for improvement when it comes to curriculum implementation. You can attend the same class several times throughout the week, and they can be vastly different. Our experience has been great in the Saturday class, but I cannot say that has been replicated.

The coaches we have had for class are just outstanding. Especially Coach Matt and Coach Jack. They have really helped my twins come out of their shells and shine. The gym is always clean (very important to me) and has a great vibe. I can recognize how attentive the coaches are to individual kid’s personalities and skill sets. It’s refreshing to see.

Very welcoming environment front the door greeter to our class coaches. An energetic class that really engaged and challenged my almost 4 year old physically and cognitively. The award ceremony at the end was the icing on the cake! Thanks Coach Jack and Ari!

Our 3 year old son loves KidStrong, or “muscle school” as he calls it.In addition to purposeful exercise, classes also provide exposure to turn taking, following instructions, encouraging others and so much more.
