Both of my children absolutely love their KidStrong classes—they look forward to them every time. The coaches are fantastic, genuinely caring, and do an amazing job connecting with the kids.

They have helped bring my son out of his shell. Everyone there has been great. My son has gravitated towards some and it was so great to see the staff be receptive and give him what he needs emotionally, mentally, and physically. They take their time with him when he needs it.

Great experience for the kids. Only minor concern is that sometimes the larger class sizes limit the amount of learning/involvement.

Kidstrong is a super fun interactive gym for kids. They encourage kids to try their best in every activity. The coaches and center members know my kid by first name which is a nice feeling. The center is BEYOND clean and doesn’t smell like an old Chuck E. Cheese. My son loved the first trial class and has loved it ever since.

It's a wonderful, well rounded program, and now all coaches are encouraging and patient. That is a MUST for this program, as it's clearly advertised to help build confidence in kids, and parents choose the program for that support. I purposely didn't do a survey before because there was one coach that we had a negative experience with, but they seem to be gone. I like that they learn to compete, win or lose, sometimes they get awards, sometimes they don't. I also like that as they rank up they seem to get more roles. I was so proud of my Titan confidently doing a course demo yesterday! And the activities are age appropriate to be challenging, but achievable. Coach Matt, Coach James, and Coach Q are our favorites!!! They really make the classes fun and energetic. And they always seem happy, like they want to be there, and they truly care about the kids.

The app is tricky to navigate. Staff and center are nice. It’s difficult to wrangle 10 3-4 year olds so it make sense it’s sometimes hard to instruct and have everyone understand/listen.
