I love the coaches they are great to my son!

From the moment you walk in, you can tell how much they care, the studio is always clean, organized, and welcoming. The coaches are absolutely amazing… patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth.What I love most is how supportive they are. They don’t just run the class—they take the time to guide the kids, helping them correct their form and build confidence along the way. You can see the pride on the kids’ faces as they improve each week 💪It’s more than just a program—it’s a positive, uplifting environment where kids feel strong, capable, and motivated. Highly, highly recommend!

I like the program. I like positive reinforcement for the kids. The only issue I had was not having the kids stop talking while the instructors are giving directions. How do you teach proper skills like respect if they are allowed to speak over you or don’t raise their hand with questions. I’m a retired teacher and that should be a basic skill. Respect!!!

My son is autistic. From the moment we walked in the energy was just so welcoming . And the staff was very friendly and nice supportive. and the lovely kids. They have there were so nice and helpful and cheering him on to do his very best. And I love that for my son when the staff is friendly, the children are friendly. Everybody is so helpful. And I enjoy all the smiles and support. 100% for me.. 🥰

Our son loves to go to class. He gets a good session of physical activity and the lessons taught in class are great!

My son has a blast! He has improved in skills and agility which is amazing to see! We love the coaches, especially Coach Q coach, Jack coach James and Coach Maddy! Kj can’t wait to see them even if they’re the ones not teaching the class that day!

Has built confidence and challenged our kid to do things they normally wouldn't. It is a great structure.

The staff is great. The atmosphere is amazing, only positive attitudes. The coaches work so well with all of the kids and manage to work with each kid of the class to help them with anything. My kids confidences have grown so much.

We have seen an improvement in confidence and strength in our son, since starting the program.
