It was a great intro class. Michael had reservations, but warmed up quickly due to the friendliness of the staff and coaches. The program was the perfect amount of exercise with cognitive stimulation, mixed in. He absolutely loved it!

It’s a different kind of workout for my son. He did gymnastics for awhile and it was repetitive and too much sitting around. Love how this incorporates physical and mental challenges

I love that it's a high impact environment where my grandson thrives both physically and socially. From the first day, he was hooked and loved to participate. The staff is amazing. Rescheduling via the app is user friendly as well.

It was great until parents participated in a non part participation class causing a domino effect and two kids to be upset and needing to leave class.

Our family was gifted a free trial pass from a friend, after completion of our first class we knew we’d be signing up.Our three year old son had such a great time, and took an amazing nap post class.
