Sophia loves going to her classes and the coaches are wonderful.However, the times we have had to use bathroom they were smelly and a bit dirty.

Kidstrong is good at developing an overall strong child by looking at the whole child and their parts. I wish Kidstrong also had a program for teenagers. This is a crucial time in their development that could use guidance and an outlet.

The coaches are amazing! They’re always energetic, kind, patient, and super encouraging. I’ve seen a huge improvement in my son’s confidence and overall abilities since he started, and it’s his favorite 45 minutes of our week.

The coaches are great!! Coach Louisa coach Mason and really all the staff provide a fun experience while also having structure and consistency in their classes.
