My 3 year old is very energetic, so this has been such a great outlet for him. The coaches are amazing with him and so patient and encouraging. He has so much fun and is so proud when he gets picked for the awards. I love that it’s not just physical but there’s also public speaking and cognitive challenges as well.

KidStrong has helped my boys so much. The community has changed our mindset and helped the boys grow and realize how to deal with so much that life throws at them. Very highly recommend this organization!
