My son is building confidence and is the smallest in his class but has shown courage and resilience and is learning about teamwork, following directions, and becoming independent.

KidStrong is an awesome addition to our community! My daughter loves it and we love watching the classes as there is always something new being added. It’s great to see the kids’ confidence growing each week, and the coaches do a great job! KidStrong is a lot of fun and I love their philosophy!

My son Zade loves every class and he comes home after each one excited to share what he learned whether it’s the physical activities or telling everyone his affirmation. The staff is always so friendly and ready to go! Zade looks forward to seeing his coaches each week and getting that stamp at the end of class, bonus if he gets a class award!! Kid Strong is awesome and my son is truly having fun and building confidence each week!

Staff members treat my children like family. Everyone is always very friendly and very welcoming. Also, the amount of times I had to switch days to fit our schedule they have no issue with flexibility. I appreciate everything. The coaches are doing for my Mason. I can see a huge difference in his behavior from what he first started to where he’s at now he loves it and keeps asking him to go every single day so that says a lot.

It's clean, organized and kids move not only thier body but work other skills.

The staff was very welcoming and understanding to my child. I appreciate them being so kind to him.

We love how clean it is there the coaches are amazing even the managers are there cheering the kids on the entire class and it’s every time we go twice a week and it’s the same energy every time we love it. The only thing I don’t like is the app because I have three kids in there and it’s not super user-friendly but everything else has been great.
