My son had a blast and didn’t want to leave

Only one class so far , but really hoping it’s improves her overall life experiences.. more focus and listening skills

It seems well organized and the curriculum seems stimulating and fun. I love the positivity and the continuous flow of the class. Many sports require a lot of waiting in line.

This is the perfect combo of exercise and emotional development with the right amount of structure! My two boys absolutely loved the energy and ability to see mom watching from nearby!

I love the structure, movement, accountability, skills and fun it provides for my kids.

We went to our first class and my son absolutely loved it. We are in the process of dealing with some behavioral issues with him and thought something like kid strong might help him with waiting his turn and directions but him still be able to have fun in the process. We had such a great first experience and are excited to come back for next weeks class!
