Great activity to get little ones energy out and in a social environment. The team are great with the kids

I love the activities that the kids experience. The staff is amazing, easy to communicate with. Great program. My kids are soo excited to go to class every week. It chalange them and they love it!!

We’ve been very happy with the class so far. The coaches are encouraging, energetic, and friendly, and we love the activities. Our daughter especially enjoyed getting to be active in that way. The only part we didn’t love was the use of the TV. Some of it felt unnecessary for such an active class, and the video of the coach dropping down to avoid flying meteors scared our daughter since she isn’t used to that kind of programming. It also felt a bit video game–like, which doesn’t really align with what we value in a movement-based class. We hope this feedback is helpful. Thank you!

KidStrong has been such a positive experience for our family! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We absolutely love KidStrong! The entire experience was simple, fun, and so welcoming. The coaches are incredible—they balance being silly and fun with true professionalism. They also had an educational segment which was great because kids learn more while having fun! It’s clear they are there for the kids’ experience above all else. As a parent, that’s so heartwarming to see. The space itself is fantastic—clean, well-organized, and filled with a variety of activities that keep kids engaged and excited. It’s more than just a class; it’s a wonderful family experience that was truly so much fun! Highly recommend!

Kids strong the participation with kids and the cleanliness of the restroom. I see you guys always clean it's great to see how happy my child is .. they always wipe the mats when the kids spill water on the mats so the kids do not slip . the equipment is great but the most important to me is that my daughter has so much fun in the coaches are really clear to her when they speak and with the socializing and the exercising I really appreciate it thank you my kids MomShe can't wait till next Wednesday. She did honestly ask me she want her B day here ...Love it . I learned some exercises myself observing . Coach Dylan great with the kids and I see they trust him with some of the hard parts and explains to the kids what they are doing and why . He's great with keeping the kids Hydrated and I think he's great 👍 👍 awesome smart and kindThank you Coach Dylan !The whole staff is direct eye contact .I could say it short and sweet but I rather let you know . I didn't even expect how much she loves Kid Strong.Main reason (Staff is great with kids ) involve parents as wellyou guys have given my kid a lot of confidence in herselfThank you again

We love it there, only a quick observation, since before we left for 2.5 months I noticed dust bunnies inside the class area, we just came back and noticed way fewer but still happening, I take this opportunity to bring it to your attention. Thank you!
