My son loves Kidstrong! They keep it fun and structured enough so that they are learning and becoming stronger little people.

It's a very positive and professional environment. I do believe all coaches should be trained to do wait time when teaching.

My son has been there for a bit over 2 months.. I have seen how much he has improved physically and socially.. we have a great time everytime we are there, coaches are amazing they take their time knowing each kid and they encourage them throughout the class

We absolutely love the program! You can tell that all the coaches love what they are doing. The structure of the program is also great. I love that. There is learning exercises in between the physical activity. It is also fun that every class has a class, captain and award ceremony at the end. It really makes the children feel so special. This program is so unique from any other program out there and I recommend it to everybody.

Coaches have high energy keep kids moving the whole class

Coaches Angie and Dylan are so fun, patient, and engaging with the kids! My daughter leaves tired, hungry, and happy every time we go. Perfection!
