Kidstrong is amazing! My son is thriving so well in kidstrong, he loves all the current coaches!

KidStrong has been a total game-changer for our grandson, Teegan. From the very first class, we noticed a difference, not just in his physical abilities but in his confidence, focus and behavior. The coaches are amazing: Energetic, positive and truly invested in each kid’s growth. They strike the perfect balance between fun and discipline and Teegan absolutely loves going.We’ve seen huge improvements in how he handles challenges, his willingness to try new things and even how he interacts with others; more respectful, more resilient and more aware of his emotions. The structure, the values, the encouragement … all of it has helped shape him into a stronger version of himself, inside and out.We’re so grateful for the KidStrong program and highly recommend it to any parent or grandparent who wants to see their child thrive.

I like the fitness aspect of the sessions. To me, KidStrong isn’t really for the educational content, it’s for cross-fit style exercises and ensuring that my daughter understands that’s physical and safe activities are part of a healthy lifestyle.Increasing that connection would increase value for me as a father.
