Great program. The staff is amazing. My son has tried other activities and it did not go well but he loves KidStrong!

The coaches are wonderful with the kids, and the staff is consistently accommodating with clear and easy communication across the board. My son truly loves the program and always looks forward to coming to class. The only reason I did not give a higher score is that, at times, the class size can make it difficult for both coaches to see everything that’s happening. Occasionally, small moments—such as a child cutting in front of another or other minor mischievous behaviors may go unnoticed simply due to the number of kids. Aside from this, our experience has been very positive, and it’s a great program overall.

KidStrong offers a very positive overall experience. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and smiling, which creates a welcoming environment for both children and parents. The program itself stands out because it is not limited to physical activity. It also focuses on mental development, teamwork, confidence-building, and discipline, which adds real value beyond a typical kids’ gym.The facility is well equipped. Both the gym and the support areas are thoughtfully designed, including diaper-changing stations, child-height steps for water access, and child-friendly sinks. The program is also very flexible in terms of scheduling, age groups, and progression, which makes it practical for families with changing routines. The leveling system, including the shirts, is particularly effective. It keeps children motivated, engaged, and positively competitive, which clearly supports long-term commitment and growth. There are a few downsides. Communication could be improved, as some text messages feel excessive and lack granular opt-in control. Additionally, the pricing is on the higher end compared to alternatives, which may be a barrier for some families.

My kiddo loves going each week. He has some challenges and the staff is always so patient with him. The coaches always go out of their way to make him feel comfortable and they’re great at motivating him to do his best. They’re very encouraging when he’s discouraged.
