The coaches are great, the program is fantastic. Highly recommend!!

The atmosphere was very welcoming! The coaches were professional and made my child feel included and seen, especially since it was his first day. He had a blast and already wants to go back!!

We love it! My son is very high energy and is worn out when we leave. It really helps with his behavior throughout the week. When we have to miss a class we really see the difference! I’m sad to be moving locations because he has really come to love his coaches!

They’re very flexible with class schedules and we can reschedule at any time. I am grateful for that. I love kids exercising and learning it is a healthy part of life.

Coaches listened to my concerns about my child and recognized that he needed extra modeling and guidance to learn the exercises. They were patient with him when he was being difficult. My child left feeling proud of himself and actually wanting to come back even though he was in a bad mood the whole day prior because he didn’t want to come.

We love kidstrong!!! Sullivan loves Coach Ryan and Cadence only wants to go to Coach Anthony! They know the kids personalities so well and they celebrate wins- in the center and when the kids tell them about life outside of the center! 10/10

Excellent program to improve listening skills and focus and following instructions. Builds confidence and athleticism. Coaches are patient but firm when necessary. My son loves going to class. I do wish there was not as much coach turnover.
