The coaches are wonderful and the pace of the classes is just right for toddlers.

My son absolutely loved the trail class! So much that he didn’t want to leave! This class kept him engaged and not only focused on physical training but mental training as well!

My son looks forward to class each week. The coaches are great at keeping them motivated and pushing them to do their best.

Based on my experience Kidstrong is a great program that provides children with an outlet to gain more physical exercise while strengthening their social skills and confidence. It’s a excellent way to pull the children away from the digital world

From browsing to setting up a trial class was very organized and informative. The staff answered all my questions and responded very quickly. Both my son and I came into our first class with a lot of confidence and he warmed up quickly because it was a wonderful atmosphere! Can’t wait to continue my membership!

Henry has really worked hard at KidStrong and come into his own thanks to the fun and structured programming and excellent coaching (especially from Coach Anthony)
