I think the classes do well of giving the kids enough of a challenge without being too difficult. There is teamwork involved as well as having one kid chosen as the lead coach to have confidence in leading that day, which is wonderful. My son has done several trials at different types of kid classes or activity centers and he loved KidStrong the most. He had a lot of fun and used up alot of energy that lead to a great nap later.

I think maybe it might help to make it a little bit easier to communicate with your kid's coach some way to interact maybe without the kid knowing that you're talking to them?
