My son was very shy on his first class. The 2 coaches and even the owner made sure to introduce themselves to my son. They were all so kind and encouraging! They met my son where he was and respected his comfort level but never forgot about him!

Because they work so well with the kids, the staff are super helpful and friendly with the kids! Honestly the energy that the coaches have working with the kids as well is super impressive, and they take their time helping them out with what exercises they are working on!
