Ryder always has a blast and loves going. They are fun and engaging. My older son fights anything new and they were amazing. They would check on him, talk with him and a few coaches offered help to get him comfortable. They are great!!!

The structure of the class is great with the balance of a variety of activities! The coaches are always very encouraging, helpful and positive. My daughter loves to do the affirmations everywhere all day long(:

I like that it does not just promote a physical activity, but also promotes necessary skills in social environments and they take the time of the kid is struggling either in an activity or emotionally

KidStrong Sun Prairie has been a fantastic experience for our family. The coaches are attentive, positive, and motivating, and the classes are both fun and effective. Our child’s confidence and skills have grown so much, and they can’t wait to go each week!
