Josie has been working hard on her physical skills. Kidstrong also works on social skills, which are lost in society. Also, the positive affirmations are something to carry with her outside the gym. The coaches are encouraging with the kids

I am very impressed with the concept. This is exactly what I have been looking for as a mom going to homeschool my kids. This offers the opportunity to give my toddler the social interaction he needs to not be awkward and all the equipment to have him develop his physical agility and strength and get all his wiggles out.

My son loves Kidstrong. My only critique is the Member App is terrible after the update. My son's achievements and status are gone. I don't understand the credit system or why I need credits to reschedule makeup classes.

The coaches truly care, and my kid leaves every class proud and motivated. It’s such a great mix of fitness, confidence-building, and social skills all in one program. We absolutely love it.
