I like that it’s teaching actual life skills while making it fun

It has great coaches and multiple class timings to choose. My kid loves the curriculum and have joined back after a break.

Hey there! When you walk into the gym, you can’t help but feel a positive energy that lifts your spirits. The kids are all fired up and having the time of their lives. My kids love saying they have a coach, and they’re always excited to talk about what they learned in class and what they want to show the coach next time. They love being challenged, and that’s what Kid Strong is all about. It’s a program that helps them build strength and improve their skills.

The staff are very kid friendly and cooperative. They guide the kids if they are struggling and are very attentive
