My kid really enjoys it and I see improvement in his confidence

I think coaches have great energy, program is designed to not have a lot of gaps and waste of time so in 45 minutes kids really can burn a lot of energy. Ovwrall experience was very positive

Our experience with KidStrong has been fantastic. The coaches are energetic, encouraging, and really connect with the kids. Since starting, our daughter has shown a huge improvement in her confidence and her ability to socialize with peers. She looks forward to every session and comes home proud of what she’s accomplished. We’ve been really impressed with how the program focuses on both physical skills and character development, and we’re grateful for the positive impact it’s had on her.

I think how personal the coaches are with each kid, and even myself, feels like a family. We all really love coming! Thank coach val and Lindsay!

I took my kid for a trial class here and she loves it. The staff is very professional and skilled, and they know how to deal with kids. Highly recommended!

Program curriculum is awesome and staff seems very committed.

Jonas is super athletic and loves the physical activity part but we like that there is a big weight put on social skill building and structure which is what Jonas could benefit from.

Our daughter loves going every single Monday to see her friends and all the fabulous coaches.

My child attends the adaptive class and I cannot say enough as to how this program has transformed her. It is the first and only program that we have been able to successfully have her participate in. The coaches meet each child where they are and actively look to engage each child regardless of their ability or need. Coach Emily is a very special coach and you should be so proud to have her on the team!
