It’s a great activity for kids

My child truly enjoys the class and has learned how to manage day-to-day tasks much more effectively. I have also noticed that she is becoming significantly more confident in her abilities.

KidStrong Thornwood is amazing! My son, who is now 7, has been a member here for a long time & never gets sick of it. He enjoys it, admires his coaches, & has made friends here. It is such a wonderful place, for many reasons, for children! Thank you KidStrong!!!

The environment and courses that KidStrong Thornwood provides allows for a safe, fun, and challenging place for my high energy son to go to. The instructors are really great with the kids. Even during the transition times the kids are given group activities like working to find the differences or patterns on the TV.

So far so good (great!) - we love the structure and support from the coaches.

Coach Goose is our favorite human being. His class is our highlight of the week :)

Kind, attentive, professional and even though the class is in a group setting the coach pays attention to each child’s needs

My son has developed more confidence trying new skills since starting the program. All coaches have also been great.

Absolutely love KidStrong! My 3 year old daughter has been going since she was 18 months and looks forward to it every week. She has gained confidence, is stronger, more agile, and has become more patient. This is not your average kids gym that is designed like more of a play area, but a proper gym where kids can really learn and grow. Could not recommend this place more!

My son loves going to the classes. Staff is always friendly. Facility is always clean.
