I think the structure and energy for young children is incredible. And I love that. The physical is inter mixed with educational aspects. OK.

Kidstrong makes my kids stronger and better! The easy to use APP is a big plus! Coach Mike is the best!

We had a great first experience with kidstrong yesterday. Coach Roo and Ella were so welcoming and my son had a smile from ear to ear the entire class. The second it was over he asked “can we come back tomorrow?”. I was so impressed with the way the coaches engaged the kids and got their attention with the critical thinking games. I’m so happy we went to Kidstrong and I can’t wait to see my son flourish in this environment.

I think it’s a great program for overall strength and coordination.
