Great first class - lots of energy and good vibes

It is a strong program which builds a diverse set of skills. The technology integration provides a fast pace and structure class session. However, it would be helpful for coaches to model the exercises more often during the class session. Overall, KS is a robust program wonderful to build gross motor skills, reinforce classroom learning, build confidence, team spirit and friendships.

My son Matteo loves going to KidStrong! He has improved tremendously in his development, not only in terms of his gross motor skills, but also socially and emotionally. He is more open to take risks and his public speaking skills are improving each day. Classes are well planned and interactive. The coaches and staff are respectful, friendly and kind. We always feel welcomed! KidStrong is the BEST!

My son has autism and ADHD. He’s very difficult to work with and has very little attention span since he’s also very young. Mike and the team at Kidstrong are very very patient with him and will give him one on one instruction if he needs it, they’re very good at redirecting him so that he can be part of the team and still have fun.

The coaches are great and the program is great as well. I see there are not as much repetition in exercises as before. The app I wish would tell you how many classes are left until the next level up. Also, I wish it would show the exact amount of time one was a member. Also, it would be nice to have the mats and bathrooms cleaned between classes.

Combination of confidence, skill and strengthbuilding programming.

My daughter LOVES Kidstrong. The coaches are wonderful, it's very comfortable to walk in to and my daughter is excited to go every week.

The activities are great, and my son loves going, but what really stands out is the staff enthusiasm - they really seem to care about the kids doing well and have great senses of humor. Dealing with kids all day can be really tough, but if they're burnt out or cynical, they don't let it show. I really appreciate the kindness and enthusiasm.

Coaches are very interactive with the kids and it brings much need structure to cillians group playtime
