The concept of combining physical fitness, social skills, and self awareness into one class is genius. My timid daughter took to it right away. She is also excited to keep coming back so she can collect all the t-shirts.

Not only does KidStrong work on age appropriate motor skills but the breaks in between each task (i.e. breathing, brain break etc.) is how young children learn and retain information. I appreciate the coaches positive energy throughout the session.
