My little 3 year old grandson Arin absolutely loves this class! The environment is fun and safe, and I have seen such a boost in Arin's confidence and physical skills. The coaches are amazing patient, encouraging, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place for kids of all ages!

Kidstrong Thornwood is such an excellent experience for pur 4 year old spn, and for us as parents too! Ru is our favorite coach, he gets the kids excited and is extremely patient and knows the exercises and courses very thoroughly. Most of all him and all of the coaches are kind. The program is great for mental wellness, socializing, engaging with adults and other kids, and strength and mobility as well! We plan on continuing Kidstrong as long as possible.

I rate KidStrong so highly because the coaches are amazing—patient and encouraging .They make every class fun while helping build confidence and strength . The coaches at KidStrong are outstanding and always encouraging the kids and helping them do better! Aaron loves it !

The coaches at KidStrong Thornwood are so patient, encouraging, and just overall amazing. My son didn’t want to participate when he first started, right when they opened, and his coaches immediately worked in bonding with him, building his trust and confidence. My son was 3 when he started and is now 6 and still loves going. I’m so impressed with the strength and confidence he’s gained since starting and can’t wait for my youngest to start soon!

Flexible with classes, great with the kids, interactive but flexible with the kids and pictures after class are great!
