Kind, attentive, professional and even though the class is in a group setting the coach pays attention to each child’s needs

Absolutely love KidStrong! My 3 year old daughter has been going since she was 18 months and looks forward to it every week. She has gained confidence, is stronger, more agile, and has become more patient. This is not your average kids gym that is designed like more of a play area, but a proper gym where kids can really learn and grow. Could not recommend this place more!

I think Coach Mike has a lot to do with our positive experiences. He greets everyone, knows all the children names and always has a super positive and professional vibe. He keeps an eye on the classes in session and clearly makes great hiring choices in coaches. He’s a manager that doesn’t waste a second of his time and it makes KidStrong Thornwood a uniquely special place!

It was the perfect first class for my son, he was comfortable and excited and most importantly, he learned how to take instruction in an organized fashion while the exercises definitely will build his strength over the 6 months I signed him up for

It’s literally the perfect place for my high energy toddler. The coach’s are amazing and really know how to encourage and connect with the children. I also love the social aspect of the program, seeing the little ones greet and interact with each other is fantastic.
