The coaches are attentive and great guiding the kids! Bennett is learning so much and having fun. We’re excited for him to continue to grow!

I was impressed with the organization of the class for both physical activity and other essential skills for their age group. The coaches were engaged with all of the kids and seemed to embody these goals, which is so encouraging to witness as a parent of young kids!

Great activities, motivation and challenges

My kid enjoys the class and interacting with other kids but I would like for the staff to ask parents to only have 1 parent inside the classroom and not two or three as there is not enough room for the kids

My kids really love Kidstrong. They love the fact that they get to run around, learn new skills and have made friends. Also teaches them responsibility and earning goals

Cameron has been taking classes for a while now, he has improved in his self confidence, eye contact, and overall strength. Great classes and great teachers.

This programming is inclusive for all children. Coaches will help parents verbally cue your child and provide a clear demonstration on how to place your hands to guide them to doing the movement correctly. I always appreciate the clear instruction and enthusiasm of the coaches each class! Thank you!

My son loves KidStrong! He has been part of it since August 2024. He has improved tremendously not only physically but also socially and emotionally. The program is well-planned and the coaches are great! This is also the best place to celebrate birthday parties. We did it when my son was turning 5 and he and his friends had a blast!
