Kidstrong has helped my child gain confidence and become more coordinated. It’s something we look forward to each week. And the best part are the coaches! They are fun and energetic.

Good programming, age appropriate activity and nice staff

As soon as we walk in the door we were greeted with a warm welcome. We loved the affirmation for the kids, and the structure of the program. Our son was able to be himself and was praised positively throughout the class.

Great class, good structure, kept my toddler entertained although she hadn’t done it before

My daughter just joined the class and on her very first day she fit right in with the coaching she received. She felt right at home in there!!! Great friendly environment for kids to work in groups!!!

The staff is so flexible and understanding of toddler phases and development. They truly care and want to see the kids thrive. The skills they are learning are much more than physical and it’s been so cool to see my son evolve over the year plus he’s been going!

My little has been with KIDSTRONG since they opened and not only had she gotten physical benefits but her SEL is improving as well as other valuable soft skills such as patience and ordering food(lol). I had to take almost a year off due to a rough pregnancy and when we returned it was almost as we hadn't left. Staff changed a bit but the energy and care for Vivian remained the same! I can't wait to enroll my 2 yo and 5 month old! Thank you KIDSTRONG Timonium!!!
