We love it

The environment is clean and easily located. The coaches are very friendly with the kids and knows almost each kid by their names. They encourage and no discrimination. Above all, my son feels comfortable and loves his activities.

The entire staff is great. My child had injured his knee out side of kids strong but he wanted to keep going. And they were able to modify the circuit so he could still precipitate.

The coaches energy was amazing, they were kind and supportive. But also very good at redirecting with the older kid wasn't listening. The staff that checked us in was very kind. The facility was very clean. The program is phenomenal and I can see how their methods create well rounded individuals

From the coaches to the programming, I love that my child is challenged to get uncomfortable and try new things.

It is one of the best things that has happened to my family. My kids are so much more confident and mentally strong. They are also getting physically stronger. I’m so proud of how they push themselves.

The coaches are incredible and keep the kids excited throughout the whole class.

We have had an excellent experience from day 1. Our eldest had trouble with anxiety on his first day a year ago and he has made so much progress since then, he basically runs in for class and camps. Our youngest still has some trouble with courage in some areas and the coaches are so encouraging, even those that are helping with the front desk. And it isn’t even just the coaches, Samantha and Jeff are amazing, caring and so invested in everyone’s experience on and off the floor, kids and parents. We love it.

Stella loves kidstrong and I love the confidence she has gained from being in class every week!

The coaches are amazing and the owners are present and approachable. Our kids have grown amazingly in the last year thanks to the kidstrong program. The new member app doesn’t have pictures or progress which is a bummer and changing the shirts so much takes away the unity the kids had but all in all we absolutely love KidStrong Timonium!!!
