KidStrong has been a wonderful experience for my 3 year old son. The classes are engaging and challenging! The coaches are friendly and do an amazing job encouraging the students through all parts of the class. I love the that the classes challenge the students socially, academically, and physically!

Great experience. Exactly what I’m looking for. I do believe coaches could pay more attention to the kids forms so that he are getting the most out of work outs. Also demonstrating the demos may help

We have had only positive experiences at Kidstrong and I share about them every chance I get. My daughter has grown in strength and confidence and we plan to stay forever!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The classes are inclusive, so all children feel as if they are part of winning and growing.

The structure and friendliness of the staff.I’m not sure how Kidstrong goes about its hiring process, but everyone I have had the pleasure in meeting has absolutely crushed it in their roles.

Most of the coaches have been very empathetic and understanding when children are having a difficult day or a difficult time.

I feel that this is a great outlet for kids for socializing skills and physical activities to be healthier physically and mentally. One thing I recommend is to lower the music so the kids and parents can hear instructions better.
