I love how it builds confidence in these young children. It helps the children learn to listen and follow directions. The coaches are great and if the children are doing something wrong they take the time to show them how to do it correctly.

My daughter who is naturally shy and reserved and gives up easily or gets bored on all other sports shes tried (dance, gymnastics, tball, ballet), was smiling ear to ear and excited and eager to try it all. I've never seen her so determined! She wants to go every day!
