The coaches made my child feel encouraged and powerful. He’s usually very shy in group setting but they welcomed him with open arms.

We love the confidence and strength that KidStrong has helped to instill in both of our children. It was easy to call and sign up; they have the app if you prefer- and it’s easy to slide your class to a different day of the week, or squeeze a make up session in.When in class, the coaches (Trevor, Aaron, Manny, Skye, and Aaron) are always friendly, kind, and engaging the kids. They encourage them to do their best, correct them 1:1 when needed, and seek to enjoy what they do, making sure the kids have a great time. Best environment and great classes

The program really has helped my son to flourish in many ways and it’s a great way to keep him active and to prepare him for organized sports.

Great staff and energy that made my anxious child feel they belonged and excited to come back. We are just one day in so will see how it goes but feeling really optimistic and hopefully it continues to go well!

The coaches are great! The coaches lift me up as a parent and help Teddy with activities in the class and empower him to do better.

This is unlike anything I have ever seen! I was so impressed with the energy, communication, and support. My daughter has OCD and got fixated on something and had a meltdown at the end of class. Everyone was so helpful and kind and positive.

The coaches and staff have always been so nice. Some coaches are incredible, while others are good but obviously still learn.The facility is clean and we love the encouragement of family participation on the sidelines.The KidStrong app is less than desirable. We thought the new app would be a merger of the two apps used before but unfortunately it was really just a replacement for the booking app (which was a huge improvement for booking). We miss the milestones, photos, etc. from the old app.
