Kid strong has been helping my son with her confidence and team building skills. The coaches are always smiling and cheering on the kids.

From the first phone made to discuss what KidStrong was and what it offered, to scheduling the class and arrival at class, experience was amazing! We were greeted by Coach Manny and then introduced to the class and other coach. My almost 3yr old absolutely loved the class, she was sad we had to leave! We will definitely be going back!

I have seen a difference in my son’s confidence and willingness to participate in physical activities. The coaches are patient and encouraging but still hold the kids to high expectations.

The center itself is AMAZING! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Signed up for the 6 month contract after the very helpful free trial. The app on the other hand has a bit of a learning curve. The Camp section in the Booking tab could use short descriptions of what the camps are like

The coaches are always so nice and friendly. The courses are always challenging, but not too hard. The facilities always clean and my little dude loves going there a very Sunday.

Before starting KidStrong, my daughter struggled with confidence outside of our home. She had sensory sensitivities and was very timid when it came to physical activities. Since joining, she has grown into a more confident and capable version of herself. The growth we’ve seen has truly impacted her life in so many positive ways.
