Charlotte loves KidStrong! I can definitely see a difference in her confidence.

Colton has had two classes and all the kids seem like they are enjoying themselves and nobody is afraid that they’re gonna be in trouble and that is a great feeling as a grandparent knowing that this is educational it’s healthy but it’s also a lot of enjoyment for them. I also would strongly agree with everything because it’s a positive atmosphere.

Add more classes for older kids, maybe focus more on proper form for exercises in those.

Not really. Team was great and we felt a sense of community and familiarity with most/many of the coaches.
