Add more classes for older kids, maybe focus more on proper form for exercises in those.

Not really. Team was great and we felt a sense of community and familiarity with most/many of the coaches.

More involvement so I didn’t feel that I was the coach for my child. The expense was high for me to pay when I had to be as involved as I was.
