My son(6yr) went for a trial. We loved it. I love that they don't just work on strength. They also work on the kids self esteem. They do affirmations!! I love they have the familes clapping for the children after each session. I loved how they teach the children to great each other and coaches!!I also loved that, they didn't pressure me into to signing up for a class. They are also open 7 days a week, which is a plus!!

My daughter really loves it and has the best time. The coaches are so great and the structure of the classes works really well for my daughter. It’s also super easy to book and change classes if needed

It’s a good place for kids to go and not only get exercise and good self-esteem, but also learning the value of being kind to others and listening is all around a good experience

I love taking my granddaughter to Kidstrong every Friday. not only does she get to get her energy out. She gets to play, learn and make new friends she also builds confidence thank you

Overall happy with the experience. Would prefer that class size be kept to 12. Owen continues to enjoy his classes.
