It’s an excellent program that combines physical activity and kinder skills. I’ve seen such great mental skills and bravery and independence. I love it.

It was a nice experience overall and kids seem to be happy and enjoying themselves. My only remark is that it was our first class and we were a bit lost on the dynamic. I recommend that first time kids should have a coach dedicated to explain things better and not just let you to figure out. Like when the class started apparently they said “explore the floor” which I wasn’t aware of what that meant so we were just standing there. Also the class goes with the flow of everyone else attending and I don’t think it works directly when kids are more on the shy side and need that extra push. It’s nice that parents are involved but it would be nice seeing there more independent following the coaches directions. I did signed up and will try the next 6 months and then see if this is beneficial for my son.
