I really love the structure and routine

Kidstrong has really helped my two sons learn to focus and follow directions while boosting their confidence levels and teaching them new skills in a positive environment. They have fun every week and look forward to going to classes. I can’t say enough great things about our experience and the staff!

I love kidstrong I brought my son ( two year) for a trial class and immediately fell in love . It was the end of the year challenge very different from a normal class but the coaches did an amazing job at making him feel welcome teaching him. I love the affirmations.

I love KidStrong’s mission of building confident children through character development and physical strength building activities. I am pleased with the growth that I have seen in my child in the short time so far that we have been attending the program.
