Great energy and nice execution

It's a unique environment that teaches the kids how to use their bodies safely, while also providing opportunities to teach my kid turn taking, holding their place in line, and instill a little bit of a competitive and focused spirit

Because it makes my son active and happy, it helps with his motivation and self confidence

There is a lot of personalized care and attention. Son was greeted and encouraged by coach. This made my son feel relaxed during the session and even verbalized which he doesn’t often do with first encounters.

Great level of service. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy at all when we did a trial class. Facility was clean, class sizes weren’t too big, they kept my son engaged and excited the whole time. Coaches were excited and had high energy, but still kept boundaries to keep the kids in check and safe. I also loved that parents can sit and watch and be part of the experience.

For my 5 years old is perfect. She really enjoys the sessions, and it looks like it really improves her physical and mental abilities, and self confidence.

I rate Kids Strong highly because I truly love the design of the program centring on the development of our kids (our future) and truly wanting them to be happy and confident within their own skin. I also have not experienced any judgement or racism from the program which is great! I feel my son is treated fairly, with respect, and love for him.
