The coaches are amazing, and my boys absolutely adore Coach Karleigh! We’ve been part of this location since the beginning, and it’s been wonderful watching both the program and my boys grow over the years. Thank you for all you do, keep up the fantastic work!

Positive environment. Engaging class. Coach led and assisted by the visuals on the screen. My son (6yo) has a great trial class and left the class sweaty and smiling!

It’s such a great place to get my son’s energy out and for him to play/learn with other kids, especially since he’s not in daycare. We love all the coaches and the fact that they remembered his name after only a few classes and are so encouraged and excited every class.

Ashlyn has learned so much in the 1.5 years of attending Kidstrong. Her confidence level has increased tremendously
