Overall, I think it is a great program physically along with character building. The only negative I would have is the ratio of coaches and students. I think it should be kept at a maximum of 8 to 10 children for obvious reasons.

Great message to kids regarding team work, strength and courage. Facility equipment clean and age appropriate. My daughter loved her trial class!

Coaches are great with kids. It’s a little unclear how leveling up works though. My experience with the app is fine except for when it comes to booking. I have to reach out for support on rescheduling a class or hope that the canceled class gets tacked on at the end at some point.

It is a easy fun environment for kids to gain confidence and structure

We have seen measurable and positive changes in our son’s social, physical, and emotional development. We can attribute much of his development to his coaches and the dynamic and supportive programming that KidStrong provides on a weekly basis

KidStrong has made a positive impact on my kiddo. She loves coming to class and listening to her coaches and connecting with her friends. She’s growing more strong and confident by the week.
