The coaches knew exactly how to direct Tanner and help us help him in the class. We all had so much fun and were just impressed with the coaches and facility. Class flowed perfectly.

Ive noticed a big change in my child’s confidence and abilities. I love the classes and programs just as much as he does.

I like the vibe and energy of the coaches there however getting hold of someone at the front desk is almost impossible. 9 out of 10 times there is no one at the front desk. In fact, I had to navigate my own way at the first class. No prior instructions email or someone at the desk to welcome us. On the contrary the coaches didn't even know we were enrolled in that class. Later I had to get hold of someone to ask if I get any registration packet and I was told usually the system alerts em if there are any packets to be issued which it did not that day. I still got the packet but the first impression was certainly way below my expectations.

Communication was great and our son loved his first class. He's excited to come back.

The staff was very understanding and encouraging. They also would help and encourage each kid.
