Yes give my child I instructions on how to do exercises correctly, recognize his strengths and keep classes to a manageable size. I pointed these things out but it made no difference. . If these issues had been addressed we would still be there but he lost interest.

I love how the coaches interact with the kids. I must give a special shout out to coach Taylor. I appreciate how the program is designed to build and strengthen both the child's character and their physical strength.

The staff is very friendly, always cleaning when they're not in a class. when you walk in the door there's always a smile ,always aiming to please

Such a great place and experience. My kid's confidence has sky-rocketed over the past few months, and his coordination has improved ten-fold. The stellar naps after the gym sessions are also a wonderful treat for Mum and Dad
