This was my 5year old son's first class. It was an great experience. The coaches were great and patient with the children. I am looking forward to seeing my son grow with KidStrong Vestavia!

We enjoy the programming for a child. With the closure of Greystone there have been some hiccups with our account/experience but overall we are still pleased.

Coaches are friendly, know each child by name; include parents from the sidelines during certain exercises. I like the Family Strong award, very encouraging.

It was so much fun (& tiring for me and my 2 year old old) but it was as organized as you can be with a bunch of kids running around and I think he really enjoyed the class.
